We ship to the contiguous United States only. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, excluding holidays.

Processing and transit

In stock orders typically leave our facility within 48 hours of receipt. Transit time depends on destination and service level. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Carriers

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, regional parcel carriers or our own local delivery. LTL freight is available on request; the customer pays any amount above our standard cost sharing contribution.

Freight charges

• Minimum order $250. Orders below the minimum carry a $15 charge.
• Residential delivery adds $3.50 per carton.
• Liftgate, inside delivery, appointment and redelivery fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Oversized, bulk liquid and gallon items carry a separate delivery charge and are excluded from cost sharing calculations.

Ship cost sharing

We contribute 3% to 5% of the net invoice total toward freight, based on delivery location. Orders that are heavy or bulky relative to their value may exceed that contribution, and the customer is responsible for the difference. Ask about freight exposure when placing the order. Once an order is staged to ship, all charges are final, and cancellation at that point is subject to the restocking fee in our Return and Refund Policy.

Receiving

Count cartons against the delivery receipt before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the receipt at the time of delivery. A clean signed receipt limits what the carrier will pay on a claim and may limit the credit we are able to issue.
